Built Around How
Your Body Spends the Day.

Sitting, standing and training each leave a different kind of stiff. Pick where you spend your hours and Tidal Mobility starts there.

For Office Workers and Anyone Who Sits All Day

Hips that forget how to open, a lower back that grumbles by Thursday, a neck that follows the screen. Start with an eight minute reset you can do in your chair, then a longer floor routine for the evening.

Eyes Off the Screen

You Can’t Read Your Wrist
in Downward Dog.

So you don’t have to. A calm voice names each move, counts you in, and your Watch taps at every change. Look at the screen when you want to, not because you have to.

Every Move, Shown Properly.

Each move in the library is shown by an illustrated woman or man, your choice, with three plain cues, an easier and a harder option, and a note on when to go gently. Browse it any time, not just mid-routine.

What It Is Built on

Little and Often Beats
Heroic and Occasional.

01

Keep Moving

UK guidance for low back pain puts exercise and staying active at the centre of care, chosen to suit the person. Gentle daily movement is the habit the app builds.

02

Hold It to Gain It

A large 2024 review of 77 studies found regular stretching improves range of motion, with static holds doing better than bouncing. So holds are timed, not guessed.

03

Balance Counts

A Cochrane review of 108 trials found exercise cut the rate of falls in older adults by around a quarter. Balance and leg work sit inside the 50 plus routines.

Questions

Is It Yoga?

Partly. The library mixes common yoga poses with the mobility drills used in CrossFit and strength gyms, plus gentle back care and balance work. No chanting, no splits required.

Do I Need My Phone During a Session?

No. Routines run on the Apple Watch on their own with voice through AirPods or the Watch speaker, and taps on your wrist. The iPhone is for browsing moves and planning.

I Have Back Pain or Sciatica. Is This for Me?

Many people with everyday back stiffness feel better for gentle, regular movement, and the Low back ease routine is built for that. It is not a treatment. If pain is severe, getting worse, or comes with numbness, weakness or bladder or bowel changes, stop and get medical help first. See the safety page.

Does It Count Toward My Rings?

Yes. Sessions are saved to Apple Health as flexibility workouts with your heart rate, if you allow it.

What Does It Cost?

Pricing will be confirmed before launch. Whatever it is, there will be no account to create and no adverts.

What About My Data?

Everything stays on your devices. No account, no tracking, no analytics. See the privacy page.
